25/30 Diary
These days I work out at lunch time.
The gym is in front of the office
and only takes one minute to work to.
At first, I lightly run a mile
And then I workout my lower body and upper body
I feels refreshed after exercising.
My muscles seem to be much larger.
요즘 나는 점심시간에 운동을 한다.
헬스장은 걸어서 1분거리로 회사앞 건물에 있다.
처음엔 가볍게 1마일을 달리고
그다음에 하체운동, 상체운동을 한다.
운동을 하고 나면 기분이 상쾌하다.
내 몸도 많이 좋아진 것 같다.
