I'm working for SMBeauty Cosmetics as a Principal full-stack web develoer, I work with a product team to develop user-centric software products from idea to production.

Why do you want to leave your job?

The company newly opened the software development department for the benefit of marketing.
However, recently, as the business changed their direction focusing more on marketing, marketing has been expanded more in our department, and it is quite different from my career development.

2. Can you please describe your most significant accomplishment in your most recent job?

I'm a part of a global beauty information distribution systems' development team and involved in the development and maintenance of various distributed front-end/banked systems including middleware components, web, desktop and infrastructure components.

3. Do you know anything about our company?

Well, I know you're one of the biggest providers of payroll software, and you were founded in 2012 when your CEO realized many small businesses spend for more than they should on payroll,
which hurts their growth.
Your company's business story was interesting, and it seems like there's a big need for this product based on how quickly you've grown.
I learned that you doubled in size last year in sales, and you are on track to do it again this year.

4. What are you looking for in this position?

I've been honing implement highly scalable data-intensive processing systems for a few years now and, first and foremost, I'm looking for a position where I can continue to develop those skills.
